Shipping
Shipping hours are 9am-5pm EST. We primarily use FedEx or USPS to ship our orders. Contact maz@ticamide.us for special requests. Upon your purchase of any Ticamide item, you will receive a tracking number within 12 hours of that purchase. Once shipped, direct any additional shipping questions to the specified carrier. Ticamide will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Please allow up to 3 days for your orders to ship, regardless of shipping speed. All customer service/product inquiries are dealt with in-house.
    Returns or Exchanges
    Any of the products that we have sold that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of delivery confirmation date. If there is a price difference you will be contacted for your payment information. We recommend all returned packages be insured. There will not be refunds on items damaged while being sent back to us. You must file a claim with the carrier as we don’t reimburse
    your shipping costs :)
